Sun Run =]

This year the Vancouver Sun Run had 54,317 people sign up. The Vancouver Sun Run is a 10k run event. When I was running there were so many more people running this year. You can practically see the huge difference from last year and this years run.

I had a great time running this year. I had to ditch a few people but it turned out pretty good still lol!

I sprinted the last kilometer which tired me out quite a bit after I cooled down.

Those of you who participated in the sun run this year how do you guys think of it?

Edit: Yea I also saw this naked guy in the hotel staring at people on the road during the sun run...

10k run seems like a long long long long run to me. i probably wouldn't run it or even walk it.

lol yea i did the sun run. last year i got 66 min or sumthin...this year i got 118 minutes lol. i ran only .5 of km, went to 7 eleven and had mcd's after...yup its was a workout
